Aaron Quick is a proud alumnus of Central State University, a Historically Black University. After earning his BSW, Aaron earned his Master’s of Social Work (MSW) at North Carolina State University.
While earning his MSW, Aaron was hired as a school-based counselor for City of Raleigh schools and was also hired by NCSU Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity as a graduate assistant. During his two years, he completed internships with the LGBT Center of Raleigh as a program assistant, the Raleigh Police Department’s Research and Planning Unit as an assistant researcher, and the North Carolina State University Police Department as evaluation developer.
Currently, Aaron is a full-time student in Clark Atlanta University’s Policy, Planning and Administration, and Social Science Ph.D. Program. While in his Ph.D. program, he is seeking to research the cause of police misconduct.
